<title><![CDATA[Moules à la crème de potiron.]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[Découpez 500 gr de chair de potiron en petits dés. Dans une casserole, faites revenir 1 gousse d]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Découpez 500 gr de chair de potiron en petits dés. Dans une casserole, faites revenir 1 gousse d'ail, 1 oignon pelé et haché dans 20 gr de beurre chaud. Ajoutez les dés de potiron et laissez suer quelques minutes à feu vif. Salez, poivrez, versez 40 cl de bouillon de volaille dans la casserole et laissez mijoter 20 mn à feu doux.</p>
<p>Dans une autre casserole, préparez un court-bouillon avec 15 cl de vin blanc, un bouquet garni et 1 oignon pelé et haché.</p>
<p>Portez à ébullition, poursuivez-la 3 mn à feu vif puis ajoutez 1,5 kg de moules nettoyées. Couvrez et poursuivez la cuisson, à feu vif, jusqu'à ce que toutes les moules soient ouvertes.</p>
<p>Egouttez les moules, réservez leur jus de cuisson et passez-le au chinois.</p>
<p>Retirez les moules de leur coquille et réservez-les.</p>
<p>Mixez la soupe de potiron, ajoutez-y le jus de moules filtré, 25 cl de crème fraîche.</p>
<p>Rajoutez un peu de lait si la crème de potiron est trop épaisse.</p>
<p>Rectifiez l'assaisonnement, ajoutez une capsule de safran, 1/2 c à c de noix de muscade.</p>
<p>Servez la crème de potiron dans des assiettes creuses et répartissez-y les moules.</p>
<p>Vous pouvez également présenter cette crème de potiron avec des croûtons frottés à l'ail.</p>

<p><strong>The Efforts to Prevent a Military attack on Iran have intensified</strong></p>
<p>* Letter to Missouri Lawmakers: Here in St. Louis, my tireless activist friend and colleague Andrew Wimmer of the Center for Theology and Social Analysis at St. Louis University has formed a new campaign: SILENCE = WAR. Please visit the group's emerging website: <a href="http://www.silenceiswar.org/">http://www.silenceiswar.org/</a> and support their efforts to speak up for peace. As their first effort, the group has written to the two Missouri senators asking if they would "take an unprovoked military assault against Iran off the table." And if they would withdraw their support for the preparations for such an assault underway in Missouri as Boeing in St. Charles builds and delivers a new 30,000 pound bunker buster bomb that would be dropped by B2 bombers based at Whiteman Air Force Base outside Kansas City. The letter requests a written response by December 3. Olivenolie til stegning<br />
Salt og peber</p>
<p>Varm lidt olivenolie i panden og svits alle skaldyr i ca. 5 minutter. Tag skaldyrene fra panden og kom dem i en skål. Svits løg, bønner, hvidløg og peberfrugterne få minutter. Tilsæt tomaterne og lad retten simmer få minutter. Tilsæt ærter, ris, vand (bouillon) salt, peber og <a title="Safran" href="http://mamajiko.wordpress.com/ravarer/safran/" target="_blank">safran </a>og rør det hele godt sammen. Lad retten simmer i 20 minutter, rør af og til rundt. Læg rejer og muslinger på paellaen, dæk til med alufolie og lad retten trække få minutter. Pynt med citronskiver.</p>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> Der findes mange variationer af "Paella de Marisco". Ingredienser i denne paella opskrift kan være blæksprutte, fiskefilet, rejer og forskellige rejer. Bruges friske blåmuslinger koges de sammen med risen. Skyl de friske muslinger og sorter de muslinger ud som ikke lukker helt. Efter kogning fjernes de muslinger som ikke har åbnet sig.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Pour quatre personnes :</span> 1 kg de poireaux - 10 brins de cerfeuil - 120 gr de pain rassis - 3 cuil.à soupe d'huile d'olive - gros sel - 1 dosette de safran - 2 jaunes d'oeufs très frais - 10 cl de crème fraîche - sel fin, poivre - 1/2 cuil. à café de safran en filaments.</p>
<p>Nettoyez les poireaux, puis émincez-les très finement au couteau. Lavez et ciselez le cerfeuil. Ecroutez le pain, puis émiettez-le.</p>
<p>Faites chauffer l'huile dans une casserole. Mettez-y à revenir les poireaux émincés 2 mn à feu moyen, sans les laisser colorer. Ajoutez-y le pain, mélangez 1 mn, puis couvrez avec 1,75 l d'eau. Salez au gros sel, porter à petite ébullition et laissez cuire 25 mn à couvert.</p>
<p>Filtrez le bouillon au travers d'une passoire fine. Remettez le bouillon dans la casserole avec la dosette de safran. Portez de nouveau à ébullition. Dans un  bol, fouettez les jaunes d'oeufs avec la crème. Versez ce mélange dans la casserole.</p>
<p>Faites frémir le bouillon 2 mn tout en fouettant, puis versez-le dans une soupière chaude. Rectifiez l'assaisonnement, décorez avec le cerfeuil et les filaments de safran et servez aussitôt, très chaud.</p>
<p>Pour obtenir un velouté, ne filtrez pas le bouillon, mais mixez-le, avec le pain et les poireaux, jusqu'à l'obtention d'une consistance homogène.</p>

<p>A la lumière de ce que la Grande Muette a déjà admis:<br />
- pourquoi une telle mission de reconnaissance s'est faite <strong>en fin de journée</strong>, peu propice à une auto-défense efficace dans des endroits escarpés et montagneux?<br />
- pourquoi l'aviation américaine appelée en renfort <strong>n'est pas intervenue</strong>?<br />
- pourquoi les mirages français envoyés en Afghanistan n'ont pas été mis en action?<br />
- pourquoi alors que la mission comportait des équipes américaines, afghanes et françaises, <strong>on ne compte que des blessés et des morts français</strong>?<br />
- comment les talibans savaient qu'une mission de reconnaissance passerait à cet endroit, ce jour-là et à cette heure là? une ou plusieurs taupes dans le camp allié?<br />
- pourquoi n'y avait-il pas <strong>d'appui aérien dès le début</strong>, comme un soutien héliporté?<br />
- qui fourni et qui a des intérêts à fournir les nouvelles armes et leurs munitions aux talibans, les Russes (AK 47, lance-roquette)? idem pour les financements.<br />
Une sorte d'arroseur arrosé puisque les services secrets américains via un trafiquant d'arme israëlien fournissaient des armes russes pendant la guerre d'Afghanistan aux rebelles afghans, afin que le bloc de l'est n'ait pas de preuve formelle du soutien militaire des USA.</p>
<p><strong>La guerre éclair et totale contre les talibans s'est donc clairement transformée en bourbier.</strong> A leur époque, les 160 000 soldats soviétiques n'avaient pas réussi à venir à bout des afghans, armés et financés dans les dernières années par la CIA.<br />
Les récentes victimes françaises ne défendent pas les populations, ni les intérêts nationaux de la France comme on pourrait le croire, mais bien <strong>des intérêts privés.</strong><br />
Le piège afghan se referme jour après jour sur les coalitions alliées qui ont eu la négligence de suivre <strong>la folie américaine et le complexe militaro-industriel mondial.</strong><br />
Quoi de mieux que de bons conflits enlisés pour faire un maximum de profits, du <em>Business</em> sur le long terme? Tant pis pour les victimes civils ou militaires du moment que l'argent public est transféré vers des caisses bien privées.<br />
L'administration Bush avait été montrée du doigt avec ses compagnies de lobby comme <a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halliburton">Halliburton</a> (Dick Cheney ex-PDG), <a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevron_Corporation">Chevron</a> (Condolezza Rice ex-membre du conseil d'administration), BlackWater etc...</p>
<p><strong>Que faudrait-il dire du complexe militaro-industriel français</strong> qui a financé la campagne de notre nouveau président?<br />
<strong>Dassault</strong>, <strong>Lagardère </strong>(via le groupe EADS), <strong>Thalès</strong> (ex-Thomson CSF), <strong>Sagem</strong> (<a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safran_(soci%C3%A9t%C3%A9)">Groupe Safran</a>).<br />
Et pour faire le lien entre les deux pieuvres rappelons simplement qu'<strong>Olivier Sarkozy, le demi-frère du petit Nicolas</strong>, est entré en mars 2008 dans le groupe d'investissement spécialisé en électronique militaire <a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlyle_Group">Carlyle Group</a>.<br />
Pour rappel, il est de notoriété public, que ce même fond a vu la participation de John Major, ancien premier ministre britannique, <a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Herbert_Walker_Bush">George Bush Père</a>, ex-président des USA mais aussi ex-directeur de la CIA, ex-employé de l'entreprise <em>Dresser Industries</em> fusionnée avec Halliburton, mais aussi et surtout de<strong> la puissante famille Ben Laden.</strong> Famille qui avait renflouée l'entreprise pétrolière texane alors en quasi-faillite gérée par <strong>George Walker Bush</strong>, l'actuel président des Etats-Unis.</p>
<p>Le monde est si petit...</p>
<p><strong>Deux films à voir pour se divertir utilement:</strong><br />

- <em>La guerre selon Charlie Wilson</em>, ou comment un seul homme, un sénateur américain, a fait gagner les rebelles afghans contre l'armée rouge et du même coup, a participé activement à la chute de l'empire soviétique quelques années après.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So after my marvelous tour through Australia, I was utterly surprised to get an email from an Australian radio show two days after I got back to LA. I naturally assumed that it was related to my being there in some way, but it turns out, it wasn't at ALL. The guys from a show called "<a title="Sunday Night Safran" href="http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/safran/" target="_blank">Sunday Night Safran</a>" were writing to MC Happyjoel, because they came across the hyper-specific, Jewish rap song I wrote a few years back called "<a title="A Bissel Rap" href="http://supermasterpiece.com/features/joel/bisselrap.html" target="_blank">A Bissel Rap</a>." At this point I would like to shout out to my DJ, DJ Dour. DJ Dour, consider yourself shouted.</p>
<p>A weird coincidence, but I was only too happy when they asked if they could call me and interview me on the radio about the song. I don't know anything about the show, what they talk about, where they are based, and because I got the day wrong (international date line and all that) I was accidentally, totally drunk when the interview happened. Still, I don't sound like a total douchebag if you check the podcast starting at 1 hour 13 minutes in.</p>
<p>The strangest part of this, is that I was chosen as their "Religious Song of the Week," but my lyrics are so specifically Jewish, that even 80% of Jews don't get all the references. To give you an idea, the song starts with:</p>
<p>"I wanna make sure Jews and non-Jews don't hate / But I slaughter MC's with the precision of a shochayt."</p>
<p>Or how about this classic rap line:</p>
<p>"I run through other rappers lines cause their rhymes are fucking porous / And I spin busters round in circles like I'm shlugging capporus."</p>
<p>(A shochayt is a Jewish butcher, and shlugging capporus is when you swing a chicken around your head at Yom Kippur to put your sins in it. You know, normal every day Judaism.)</p>
<p>But by far the most exciting thing was that I was referred to on the show as "Jewish hip-hop artist from Los Angeles..." without any irony or mocking. In the world of Jewish rapping, I think that's basically as big as you can get. </p>
<p>PS - Matisyahu can go fuck himself. (trying to start a Jewish-rap war if anyone wants to forward this to him!)</p>

eine Handvoll Kürbis, gewürfelt<br />
1 Frühlingszwiebel<br />
1 TL Butter<br />
süße Sahne<br />
Agaven-Dicksaft (erhältlich bei DM, alternativ Honig)<br />
Salz<br />
Pfeffer<br />
Zimt</p>

<li>Safrannudeln in Salzwasser bissfest kochen und abseihen</li>
<li>Kürbis in ca. 1x1 cm große Würfel schneiden</li>
<li>Frühlingszwiebel waschen und in 3 cm lange Stücke schneiden, Knolle achteln</li>
<li>Butter in der Pfanne schmelzen lassen</li>
<li>Kürbis und Frühlingszwiebel dazu und 10 Minuten anrösten</li>

<p>Varm lidt olie i panden og tilsæt kyllingen. Svits til kyllingen er brun på alle sider. Fjern kyllingen fra panden. Svits løg, bønner, hvidløg og peberfrugterne få minutter. Tilsæt tomaterne og lad retten simmer få minutter. Tilsæt ærter, ris, vand (bouillon) og <a title="Safran" href="http://mamajiko.wordpress.com/ravarer/safran/" target="_blank">safran </a>og rør det hele godt sammen. <li>600 g Truthahnbrustfilet</li>
<li>60 g Butter</li>
<li>Salz</li>
<li>Pfeffer</li>
<li>1 Döschen Safranpulver</li>
<li>1 TL eingelegter grüner Pfeffer</li>
<li>400 g Sahne</li>
<li>2 EL Speisestärke</li>
<li>300 g grüne Bandnudeln</li>
</ul>
<p>Zum Anfang wird das Truthahnfilet in feine Streifen geschnitten und in Butter gold-gelb angbraten, gesalzen und gepfeffert. Nun wird alles aus der Pfanne genommen.<br />
Safranpulve, Pfefferkörner und Sahne werden  den Bratsud gegeben und unter Rühren etwas gekocht und mit angerührter Speisestärke gebunden. Jetzt werden die Fleischsteifen wieder dazu gegeben und erhitzt.<br />
Die grünen Bandnudeln werden nach Packungsanweisung in reichlich Salzwasser bissfest gekocht und nach dem abtropfen mit dem Geschnetzeltem serviert.</p>

<p>Kom olivenolie, ca. 4 spsk., i en stor pande og steg løg og hvidløg heri til løgene er glasklare.<br />
Skær skinken i strimler og svampene i kvarte stykker.<br />
Tilsæt svampene og skinken og steg få minutter.<br />
Kom ris i panden og bland godt med de andre ingredienser. Hæld vand og hvidvin i og tilsæt safran. Lad retten småkoge i ca. 20 minutter til risen har opsuget al væden. Rør basilikum og timian i og lad retten stå og trække i 5 minutter uden tilførsel af varme. Smag til med salt og peber (kan også tilsættes under tilberedelsen).</p>
<p><strong>Tip:</strong> Har man ikke safran, kan turmeric "gurkemeje" anvendes, som vil give retten den typiske gule farve. Safran giver paellaen dog også den karakteristiske smag og foretrækkes derfor i den originale opskrift.</h3>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>London, England</strong>: GE Aviation, CFM International and Safran, all partners in the CFM group that makes the CFM56 engine that's on the Boeing 737-300 through 900 and about half of the Airbus A320 family and some A340 models, said Sunday it is formally proceeding with what was the R&#38;D LEAP 56 project, committing to the renamed LEAP-X.</p>
<p>Certification is aimed for 2016, two years before Airbus recently said it plans to have a replacement for the A320 family enter service and four years before Boeing's latest plans to have a successor to the 737.</p>
<p>GE officials declined to speculate whether the 2016 certification will cause Airbus and Boeing to accelerate the own development plans.</p>
<p>The LEAP-X promises 16% lower fuel burn than the CFM56. The GE group expects airframe improvements to further lower operating costs.</p>
<p><strong>Bombardier launches CSeries</strong></p>
<p>Also on Sunday Bombardier launched the 110-130 seat CSeries (it can also seat up to 149 in maximum configuration) following a provisional order from Lufthansa German Airlines for 30+30. The Reuters story may be found <a href="http://www.reuters.com/articlePrint?articleId=CAL1327321420080713">here</a>. The plane will compete with the smallest A318/A319 and Boeing 737-600/700 airplanes. Bombardier says fuel burn for its new plane will be at least 20% less than the Airbus or Boeing products.</p>
<p>Bombardier also will tap launch aid from the governments of Canada, Northern Ireland and the Canadian Province of Quebec.</p>
<p>It will be interesting to see whether Boeing objects, as it has over launch aid for Airbus.</p>

<p><em>Biryani er en populær ret i Sydasien især i Indien, Pakistan og Bangladesh. Biryani betyder (stegt) og der findes mange varianter af biryani. Typisk bliver ris stegt sammen med kylling, lam, oksekød eller gedekød, men der findes også vegetariske udgaver.<br />
Opskriften nedenunder er en biryani med kylling. </em></p>
<p>Knus kardemommekapslerne og nellikerne i en morter til fint pulver. Læg kyllingestykkerne i en skål og hæld yoghurt, citronsaften og 2 spsk. olie over. Tilsæt halvdelen af de knuste kardemommekapsler og nelliker, 1 tsk. gurkemeje, 1 tsk. koriander, 1 tsk. chilipulver og 1 tsk. salt. Bland det hele godt sammen og lad kyllingen marinere i mindst 1 time (helst flere timer eller natten over, da marinaden blødgør kødet og krydderierne trækker ind i kødet)<br />
Skyld ris i vand og lad det stå i koldt vand i ca. 30 minutter.<br />
Kom olie i en stor gryde (så hele bunden er dækket med olie). Steg løgringene til de er brune og tilsæt hvidløg og ingefærrod og steg på lavt blus i 1 minut. Tilsæt resten af de knuste kardemommekapsler og nelliker, 1 tsk. gurkemeje, 1 tsk. koriander, 3 stk. kanelstang og svits dette på meget svag varme (krydderierne må ikke brænde på). Tilsæt nu den marinerede kylling og lad dette simre i ca. 30 minutter. Rør ind imellem rundt.<br />
Si vandet fra risen og kog det i en gryde med laurbærbladene, 1 tsk. salt, 1 spsk. olie og vand (to kopper vand). Kog det på meget lavt blus i 10 minutter og lad det stå og trække i 5 minutter.<br />
Kom de kogte ris oven på kyllingen, drys lidt safran og frisk koriander på toppen og dæk til med et låg. Lad retten simre i 45 minutter på lavt blus eller kom gryden i ovnen 45 minutter ved 200 grader (her undgås at retten brænder på). Obs. på at der ikke er plastik håndtag. En stegeso kan også bruges.<br />
Inden retten serveres røres ris og kylling sammen.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tout a commencé vendredi matin, dans les allées du marché. Je savais que j'allais être seule ce week-end, soit je n'achetais rien (pour me rabattre à minuit sur un pauv' bol de céréales !), soit j'en profitais pour tester de drôles de trucs. Or en ce moment même, c'est la saison de l'ornithogale, oui, la fameuse <a href="http://miliochka.wordpress.com/2008/05/14/asperges-des-bois/" target="_blank">asperge des bois</a>, que j'affectionne tout particulièrement. Mais j'ai aussi eu une envie soudaine d'écrevisses ! Et voilà ce que ça donne, une fois que je me suis retrouvée seule dans ma cuisine : un risotto !</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :</span></span></em></p>
<ul>
<li><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;">200g d'apergettes ou ornithogale, soit environ une botte (soit dit en passant, de prix a beaucoup baissé depuis la dernière fois puisque j'ai payé ça 2,95 euros cette fois...)</span></em></li>
<li><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;">200 à 250g de riz arborio</span></em></li>
<li><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;">200g de queues d'écrevisses déjà cuites</span></em></li>
<li><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;">un oignon</span></em></li>
<li><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;">60cl de bouillon de poule, 15cl de lait</span></em></li>
<li><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;">safran, huile d'olive, sel et poivre</span></em></li>
<li><em><span style="color:#ffcc00;">parmesan</span></em></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc00;">Commencer par rincer les aspergettes à l'eau claire, couper les bouts un peu sec puis les couper en tronçons d'environ 2cm. Faire cuire à la vapeur 7-8 minutes (elles doivent rester croquantes). Réserver.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc00;">Dans une casserole, faire fondre l'oignon finement haché dans un fond d'huile d'olive. Verser le riz et le faire blanchir.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc00;">Introduire progressivement le bouillon pour mouille le riz, mélanger très régulièrement tant que ça absorbe, sur feu doux. Vers la moitié du liquide (environ 8 minutes de cuisson), ajouter cette fois le lait. Continuer à bien remuer.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc00;">Introduire les aspergettes en morceaux, une pincée de safran, assaisonner. Puis continuer à mouiller avec l'autre moitié du bouillon, très progressivement. Moi je n'aime pas trop quand le risotto est <em>al dente</em>, donc je laisse cuire une vingtaine de minutes en tout. Au dernier moment, ajouter les écrevisses. Et saupoudrer de parmesan juste avant de servir !</span></p>

<p style="text-align:left;">Et ben, sans me venter, c'était vachement bon ! Je me suis étonnée moi-même. Moi qui suis plutôt gourmande que gourmet, j'ai trouvé ça très fin. Les alliances de goûts entre le vert acidulé de l'ornithogale et la chair rosée de l'écrevisse, et puis les mélanges de consistances, ouaouh ! C'est la première fois que je mettais un peu de lait dans un risotto (d'où m'est venue l'idée ?!), et ça marche pile poil. Voilà, un petit plaisir égoïste, j'en conviens...</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">MBDA France and Sagem Défense Sécurité signed a cooperation agreement on May 14 concerning the modular air-to-ground weapon (AASM) and infrared guidance for tactical missiles. The agreement was signed by Antoine Bouvier, Chief Executive Officer of MBDA, and Jean-Louis Fournereaux, Chairman and CEO of Sagem Défense Sécurité. Also present at the signing ceremony was Jean-Paul Herteman, Chief Executive Officer of the SAFRAN Group. Under the terms of the agreement, MBDA France will be responsible for all sales and marketing of the AASM family developed by Sagem Défense Sécurité. The two companies will also combine their respective areas of expertise to form a close partnership for the joint development of future versions of the AASM family. The AASM is an all-weather precision weapon, comprising a guidance kit and a range extension kit that can be added to standard warheads. It is made in two versions. The version with inertial guidance and GPS, offering "10-meter" accuracy, is already deployed by the French air force in foreign operations. A "1-meter" version, including an infrared seeker, is now being qualified. French armed forces have already ordered 700 AASM systems, including both versions. The AASM family will join MBDA France's range of tactical weapons for aircraft, allowing the AASM family to be included in any comprehensive offers aimed at meeting the requirements of air forces worldwide. MBDA France and Sagem Défense Sécurité also agreed to leverage the commercial and technical synergies associated with their respective positions to propose highly competitive solutions to air forces around the world. For infrared guided missiles, this agreement extends a collaboration between MATRA and SAT that started more than 50 years ago, and was consolidated in 1987 with the creation of the ADISM consortium. This consortium developed the infrared seekers for the MAGIC, MISTRAL and MICA IR missiles. Through this latest cooperation agreement, MBDA France and Sagem Défense Sécurité continue to offer world-class solutions for tomorrow's French and European missiles.</p>

Safran, groupe français d'aéronautique, défense, sécurité  vient d'ouvrir un  sixième site au Mexique, un bon terrain d'implantation en zone dollar pour une société qui cherche à limiter les effets de l'euro fort. "Nous consacrons chaque année 150 millions d'euros aux investissements à l'étranger. J'ai inauguré 11 sites à l'étranger en un an, 3 en Chine, 3 aux Etats-Unis et 3 au Mexique, mais notre noyau industriel reste l'Europe", développe Jean-Paul Herteman, président du directoire du groupe Safran. Concernant les délocalisations au plan international il ajoute que  "C'est la seule façon de lutter contre l'effet du dollar (...) Sur les trois dernières années, la baisse du dollar nous a coûté un milliard d'euros de résultats". "Pour 2008, l'effet négatif sera de 700 millions d'euros", heureusement "nos gains de productivité nous permettent de compenser la baisse du dollar" a t-il précisé à nos contacts locaux.  Né du rapprochement entre  Sagem spécialiste dans les secteurs de l'électronique, défense et télécommunications  et de la Snecma  équipementier aéronautique et motoriste, le groupe Safran,  a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 12 milliards d'euros en 2007. En ce qui concerne la stratégie internationale, le groupe  Safran a créé six filiales au Mexique: maintenance de moteurs, train d'atterrissage, câblage, systèmes de connectique et équipements aéronautiques. Au Mexique dans la ville de  Queretaro, Jean-Paul Herteman a inauguré la semaine derniere Snecma America Engine Services (SAMES), qui assure la maintenance des moteurs CFM 56-5 des Airbus A320, puis à l'horizon 2009, celle des CFM 56-7B des Boeing 737, deux moteurs construits en partenariat avec l'américain General Electric. Une joint venture avec l'espagnol ITP permet à SAMES d'utiliser son banc d'essai, très onéreux  à construire. SAMES est  prêt à recevoir les moteurs des avions de Mexicana de Aviacion et de l'américain Northwest Airlines qui étaient jusque là envoyés en France. Depuis le pôle aéronautique de Queretaro, où opèrent également le canadien Bombardier et la filiale de Safran pour la maintenance des trains d'atterrissage, SAMES envisage de couvrir prochainement compte tenu de la demande  du continent américain, de suivre  la maintenance des moteurs venant d'autres régions, si la capacité du site (objectif de 200 moteurs par an) le permet. Le patron du goupe Safran explique que les avantages du Mexique  sont "Une main d'oeuvre qualifiée, une administration pas trop bureaucratique et efficace, un coût du travail intéressant et des coûts de revient attractifs car le peso est lié au dollar". Le Mexique, leader  du libéralisme économique, est lié par des traités de libre-échange avec une quarantaine de pays dont les Etats-Unis, le Canada, l'Union européenne et le Japon. Safran est devenu le premier industriel de l'aéronautique au Mexique, avec 3.800 employés répartis dans trois région du pays. Jean-Paul Herteman, Chief Executive Officer of SAFRAN, and José-Manuel Manzanedo Diaz, Chairman of ITR, today inaugurated the new Snecma Services subsidiary, Snecma America Engine Services (SAMES) in Querétaro. Its location also gives it easy access to ITR's resources, including the engine test cell. ITR is a 49% partner in SAMES. <span style="font-size:85%;">Yörük köylüleri 250 sene göçer olarak çadırlarda yaşama devam etmişlerse de Osmanlı Devleti'nin yerleşik düzene zorlamasıyla köyler oluşmuş. 750 yıllık geçmişe sahip Yörük köyünde en eski ev 450, en yenisi ise 90 senelik. 450 yıllık '<strong>Obabaşı Evi</strong>'günümüze Obabaşgil olarak değişerek gelmiş ve halen en eski ev olma unvanına sahip. </span></p>

<p><span style="color:#ffff66;"><strong><span style="font-size:85%;">YÖRÜK KÖYÜ EVLERİ</span></strong></span><br />
<span style="font-size:85%;">Aşı boyası, civit mavisi, tahini gibi renklere boyanmış evlerde ahşap doğramalar, kapaklar, torbalı parmaklıklar, sürme kafesler ilk bakışta dikkati çeken özellikler. 150-200 yıllık evlerde iç süslemelere duvar ve tavan kaplamalarına da oldukça özen gösterilmiş.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:85%;">Uğura inanan Yörük köyü sakinleri evlerinin saçak uçlarına eskiden vurdukları geyiklerin boynuzlarını da asmışlar. 2-3 hatta 4 katlı olarak inşa edilen Yörük köyü evlerinde alt kat ahır olarak kullanılırken, girişte evin kileri, bahçesinde kuyusu bulunuyor, üst katlar oturma amaçlı odalara ayrılıyor. Pencereler kafesli, panjurlu, kapılar ise birbirinden ilginç ve estetik kilitlerle süsleniyor. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:85%;">1879 yılında yapılıp 1996 yılında onarım gören şimdi sanat galerisi olarak kullanılan '<strong>Genel çamaşırhane'</strong> çeşme ve tarihi mezarlığı, köyün sırtını dayadığı tepelerde bulunan mağaralar, Kastamonu-Safranbolu karayolu üzerinde yer alan 30 metre çapında ve 37 derece sıcaklıktaki suya sahip etrafı ağaçlarla çevrili piknik yeri olarak kullanılan doğal havuz görülebilecek diğer yerlerden bazılarını oluşturuyor.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffff66;"><strong><span style="font-size:85%;">SİPAHİOĞLU KONAĞI'NIN CİHANNÜMASI</span></strong></span><br />
<span style="font-size:85%;">Hepsini görmeye fırsat bulamasak da <strong>Sipahioğlu Konağı</strong>’nı geziyoruz. Kuşaklardır konağın sahibi olan ailenin son neslinden bir arkadaş evin tüm odalarını gezdiriyor. Konak yaşamına artık iyice aşina olsak da en çok ilgimi çeken mekan benzerine önceleri rastlamadığım cihannüma oluyor. Büyük dedesinin köyde ne olup bittiğini rahatlıkla izleyebildiği <strong>cihannüma </strong>(seyirlik tarzdaki ufacık oda) evin köy panaromasına en hakim köşesinde konuşlandırılmış. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:85%;">Gezi sırasında yöresel lezzetlerden satın alıp köy ayranı içmeden ve ev baklavasının tadına bakmadan ayrılmak da olmaz tabii… </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:85%;">Foto safariyi de tamamlamanın ardından köydeki misafir saatlerin sonuna geliyoruz. <strong>Karabük </strong>karayolu üzerinde yörenin namlı lezzeti <strong>kuyu kebabı</strong> ile <strong>safranlı içli pilavı</strong>ndan oluşan doyurucu bir ziyafet için tercihimiz <strong>Çevrik Çağlar Tesisleri</strong> oluyor. </span></p>
