En mis recientes andares por Mexico, por fin llegue a  Casa Midy un joya de inspiracion en San Miguel De Allende. Su estilo marca la perfecta combinacion de lo rustico, artesanal y lo moderno. Su estetica es el epitoma del buen gusto, combinado con lo tradicional. El uso de la mano de obra local es genial. Kudos, para sus creadores.

bom... em primeiro lugar, vc deve ver como a decoração do chá vai ser feita e qual a cor. Importante é não esquecer de perguntar o estilo de tudo ... por exemplo, fazer saquinhos de juta é uma graça.. eu aadoro juta.. gosto de coisas assim..quentes.. mas isso é gosto! prefiro usar qdo for para dar uma cara mais rustico, rustico-chique, sabe?

de qq jeito, use e abuse, a juta pode fazer da sua lembrancinha algo ainda mais charmoso..

Vallemaggia pietraviva ist eine Initiative der Vereinigung der Gemeinden des Maggiatals. Sie beabsichtigt, der Region ein neues Image zu geben, in dessen Mittelpunkt der Stein steht. Der Stein als grundlegendes Element der natürlichen Landschaft und dessen, was der Mensch im Laufe der Jahrhunderte in diesem Tal hervorgebracht hat.

Die Initiative will ein starkes, positives und dynamisches Image entwickeln, pflegen und verbreiten und verfolgt damit im Wesentlichen zwei Ziele:

- Die Stärkung der Identität des Maggiatals und gleichzeitige Entwicklung eines vertieften Regionalbewusstseins

- Die Förderung der Entwicklung des Tals in den Bereichen Tourismus, Industrie, Kunsthandwerk und Kultur

Es handelt sich um ein eigentliches territoriales Marketingprojekt, das neue Dynamik in die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Maggiatals bringen will. Am Projekt beteiligen sich sechs in der Region tätige Vereinigungen.

Die Eigentümerversammlung hat kürzlich einem Umbauprojekt zugestimmt, dieses wertvolle Kleinod in ein heimeliges Rustico zu verwandeln. Ein bekannter Tessiner Architekt hat zu diesem Zweck ein entsprechendes Vorprojekt entwickelt.

Weekend trascorso nel tacco d'Italia. Un bellissimo tour panoramico dell'estremo Salento fra ulivi, terra rossa e le bianche pietre pugliesi. Tanto pesce e tantissime cose buone come il pasticciotto, il rustico, la puccia e le friselle. Troppi pochi giorni per poter visitare tutto il Salento, mi sono ripromesso di tornare (magari la prossima estate) per completare la visita, per vivere un po' di mare roccioso e ballare pizzica e taranta.

Die oberste Linie ist das Strassenniveau – das Grundstück ist auf ca. 14 Meter auf der gleichen Höhe wie die Strasse, fällt dann allmählich und am Ende Richtung See ganz steil ab. Da kann niemand was davor bauen.

So, for you visiting Prince Edward Island, my favorite place to go is a few miles up the coast from our cottage. (It’s a comfortable, old-shoe of a log house but they call this a cottage in Canada…) North Rustico is home to an active fisherman’s warf that now provides boat trips for tourists with local characters like Norman Peters. A few years ago, the folks in North Rustico got together and asked the government for some money to build a new little marina and the North Rustico Harbour Fishery Museum. The museum is a real gem and its small so that visitors can stop in as part of a day full of local activities. Peters is the star of one of the museum videos, “Out On the Boat” and when we walked out of the museum onto the pier, his boat churned past and he tipped his hat to us.

Cross the road and follow a path over the dunes onto a Parks Canada beach to swim or just stroll and enjoy the birds and the sweeping view out to sea. You can scramble along a long, worn and broken up stone and timber barrier for an even better view. And yes, you can see one of PEI’s many lighthouses there.

The museum is at one end of a boardwalk that stretches along the side of the bay from North Rustico to North Rustico Harbour. Heron fish in the shallow waters. Along the path, stone bas-relief images with brief informative plaques describe the history and culture. The boardwalk is wheelchair accessible, there are plenty of benches, and you may also find some wild berries.

Of course, no vacation on Prince Edward Island is complete without good food. The Blue Mussel Café is one of our favorite restaurants on PEI. (We are also fans of the deck at Carr's Oyster Bar at Stanley Bridge--where you can watch local kids jumping off a bridge into the river--and breakfast at the PEI Preserve Company several miles inland from Rustico.) Sit on the deck, enjoy the food, and look across Rustico Bay. Sometimes a bald eagle will fly by.

Although its 1500 miles from home, we fly into Charlottetown's modest (tiny) international airport on a direct flight from Detroit.

The brainchild of Executive Chef Frank Morales and Beer Director Greg Engert, the icy dessert ruffled the feathers of the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control last year, which resulted in them being removed from the menu. Well, thanks to the support of local politicians Rustico is able to sell its brew pops once again!

For just $5 a pop, you can get your hands on a variety of flavors, from Framboise, Cherry Kriek, Peche, Cassis, Banana, Plum and the new and improved Chocolate Stout!

O piso possui tom rústico, e sua colocação foi feita em cerca de 3 horas (aprox. 20m2). Foi colocado sob uma manta, e este sistema não vai cola como na maioria dos carpetes de madeira. Tal sistema é chamado de "sistema click".

Adquirido no sábadado dia 26 de abril, foi colocado no sábado dia 3 de maio, ao custo de cerca de R$ 55 o m2, com um pequeno acréscimo por conta da opção pelo rodapé branco de 12cm de altura.

Bauten und Anlagen dürfen nur mit einer Bewilligung der zuständigen Behörde errichtet oder geändert werden.

Eigentümerin oder Eigentümer eines Grundstücks wird man grundsätzlich ab dem Zeitpunkt der Eintragung des Eigentums im Grundbuch. Diese Eintragung stützt sich auf ein Übertragungsgeschäft in Bezug auf das Eigentum: einen Grundstückskauf, eine Schenkung, ein Tauschgeschäft etc. In gewissen Fällen allerdings erfolgt der Übergang des Eigentums unabhängig von der Eintragung im Grundbuch (z.B. im Falle des Eigentumsübergangs infolge eines Erbgangs, einer Enteignung usw.).

The wide curve of Rustico Bay faces the Gulf of Saint Lawrence and is sheltered by Robinson’s Island and a thin spit of land along on the north shore of PEI. Small rivers that open onto the bay break up the shoreline farm fields and leave red cliffs, sandy beaches, and coves. The tiny village of Rustico seems perched on a rise across a stretch of farm fields and with a river leading out to the bay as a back drop. The substantial, two story Farmers’ Bank is built from the red brown island sandstone.

A brochure describes the bank as, “a building of national importance, a symbol of Acadian survival.” Father Georges-Antoine Belcourt and his French Catholic parishioners launched the Farmers’ Bank of Rustico to address the perennial debt local farmers owed to merchants. In order to give the farmers access to lower interest loans Father Belcourt initiated conversations through study clubs associated with the L’Institut Catholique de Rustico. Within three years, local families pulled together about $4,000 to establish the bank which was incorporated in 1863 and chartered by the English government in 1864 as “the first people’s bank in Canada” and “a precursor to the Credit Union Movement.” The Farmers’ Bank of Rustico was, in terms of capital, “the smallest bank ever chartered in Canada, possibly in the whole Union.” Local farmers and fisherman composed the first Directors of the Bank and its loans were usually in the range of $35-$40. An exhibit traces the thirty year history of the bank that closed in 1894. Father Belcourt left his mark in other ways, including the establishment of a parish library with a rich collection of books focused on practical skills as well as music, singing, and art. He is also said to have been involved in the first automobile crash on PEI in 1866 -- but you'll have to see the exhibit for that story.

The Farmers’ Bank Museum presents the prehistory of the area, the settlement and history of “a Nouvelle Acadie” and the local Acadian story. Before the Acadian settlements on the Ile Saint-Jean in the early 1700s, the region was home to the Mi’Kmaq people and the museum’s owes a rich archaeological collection to Howard Gauthier of Rustico. Intensive archaelogical study on Robinson’s Island indicates that fishing and gathering shellfish along with hunting “beaver, mink, waterfowl, seals and walrus” sustained the Mi’Kmaq.

The main exhibit is handsomely put together. Like many Island museums with new exhibits, it makes heavy use of digitally designed and printed panels that incorporate both images and, in this case, fairly extensive text. However, this exhibit is also rich in Acadian material culture. The exhibit briefly traces the area’s troubled history broken first by the Acadians appearance in the Mi’Kmaq world and then by the expulsion of the Maritimes’ Acadian population. When the “Grand Derangement” in Nova Scotia peaked in 1755, some took refuge on Prince Edward Island. (This story is memorialized in both Longfellow’s poem Evangeline and Robbie Robertson’s lyrics for Acadian Driftwood recorded by The Band and later covered by The Roches.) Others were forced out of Prince Edward Island as well. The detailed story of Alexis Doiron who, like many Acadians, was “destined to have a life of wandering” highlights the experience of an inhabitant expelled to France, who returned only to struggle, fail, then move once again to become established in Rustico.

The main exhibit gives the greatest attention to the Acadians’ lives, homes, work, institutions, faith, and families. The Acadian population, barred as Catholics from political participation and “treated as second class citizens” in the early 19th century, was isolated and focused around the local Catholic Church. The exhibit describes a people beset with poverty and illiteracy but characterized by self-sufficiency, tradition, and determination. The exhibit celebrates the brief tenure of Father Belcourt and his extensive impact on life in the region – which was followed by a gradual increase in integration with the larger Island economy and culture in the late 19th century. It also points in interesting and sometimes subtle ways to conflicts within the Catholic Church hierarchy, between population groups, and among community members over time.

Interest in Acadian genealogy brings visitors to Rustico from Nova Scotia, the United States – the Cajun population has its roots in the Acadian removal – France and elsewhere in Canada. The museum staff assists visitors with these questions while also working to strengthen the local sense of identity and community.

Other historic sites surround the bank; a visitor, looking around the cluster of buildings that makes up Rustico, gets a great sense of local history. In such a small community, the imposing St. Augustine’s Church, built first in 1838, and Rustico Convent, now the Belcourt Centre but once a Catholic girls’ boarding school, signify the importance of the Catholic Church. The 1720s era Doucet House, “certainly the oldest house in the Rustico area and possibly in the whole province,” was moved to its site next to the Farmers’ Bank. Restored and furnished, the Doucet House and its outbuildings present the sparse material lives of Acadian farmers in the 18th century. The second floor of the Farmers’ Bank Museum also housed a detailed exhibit about moving and restoring the Doucet House. The Barachois Inn is a dramatic, wood-frame 1880 Empire style house built by a local merchant; it is now a working Inn. Looking across the river that leads out to the bay, the gently rising farm fields are divided by fences and trees into the long narrow strips that characterized Island settlement.

When you drive to Rustico, be sure to stop at the A.P. Gallant Country Food Market at the intersection of Route 6 and Route 243 to see the work of one of my favorite local artists. Karen Gallant, a local designer and painter, keeps a gallery above the family store. Her dream-like island landscapes are saturated with color. She evokes the Acadian cultural heritage, gracing appropriately the cover for George Arsenault’s Acadian Legends, Folktales, and Songs of Prince Edward Island. In 2005 and 2006, we came to Rustico for the Rustico Rendez Vous, a two day festival of Acadian cultural heritage celebrated in concerts and local food. Set under a large tent, with a view of farm fields and the river, the Rendez Vous reunited local Acadians with their far-flung families. The emotional pull of the event surfaced in stage performances by extended, multi-generational family bands whose members were drawn back by the occasion from Toronto and Edmonton.

The larger provincial Acadian Museum in Miscouche presents the broad story of Acadians on Prince Edward Island and their material culture in more detail. Home to the Centre for Acadian Research of Prince Edward Island with a collection of oral history and folklore interviews, this museum offers genealogical resources as well as a heritage trail.

El mercado rústico es un área dónde pocas veces he visto especialización, salvo las empresas de venta de casas de madera, que se encargan de venderte la casa, buscarte el solar, y construirla en un tiempo record.

Pero, ¿por que no aprovechar este nicho de negocio?, es muy sencillo. Contactar con las empresas de Venta de casas de madera y ofrecerles tus servicios en base a una colaboración es la pauta a seguir. La idea sería la siguiente:

Tú: "Dame clientes y te encontraré los terrenos rústicos en la zona elegida por el cliente por una pequeña comisión"

Casasdemadera: "Perfecto, salgo ganando, así me comprarán la casa"

Tú: "Además te propongo trabajar en exclusiva contigo, si algún cliente me consulta por casas de madera, te lo enviaré directamente, y si hay acuerdo de compra, te cobro una pequeña comisión"

Casasdemadera: "Perfecto, te pago tu comisión y vendo otra casa, sigo ganando"

Este sería el planteamiento inicial, si bien es cierto que este tipo de empresas suelen tener a comerciales encargados de la búsqueda de terrenos y clientes, no pierden nada en colaborar, ya que les inyecta una fuente de ingresos adicional, sin ningún coste de mantenimiento por su parte.

Por nuestra parte, podríamos poner varios anuncios en internet del tipo: "Especialistas en casas de madera", "Te encontramos tu terreno y tu casa de madera", "¿Quieres comprar casas de madera?, contáctanos".

Qizás este campo no sea la gallina de los huevos de oro, pero está claro que en épocas de "vacas flacas", toda ayuda es poca. Y, personalmente en Tenerife cada vez se ven más casas de este tipo, debido a su bajo precio, facilidad y rapidez de construcción (Hay una preciosa en el Residencial Acorán, otra en Machado, en El Rosario, en Agua García hay dos o tres...)
