testimonial I ha

And We Thought SeaAloe Worked Wonders For Adults - I'd like to share a little

testimonial I have regarding my 7 year old German Shephard Bonnie.

Bonnie had an injury about 3 years ago which caused her to get a

staff infection causing red bleeding sores all under her legs. These sores

seemed to spread quickly through out her stomach and a few months ago

began eating away at the front of her legs effecting more painful sores -

and she began having a hard time walking and getting up and down.

The vet seemed to think just keep neosporin on her not much could

be done - these infections caused her also to always feel very hot to

the touch and she began smelling of the infection.

Within two weeks of having her on the product, she is no longer

crying when she lays down and gets up, shes walking fine, her bleeding sores have

scabbed over and in places her hair is already coming back. I wish I had

taken close ups of how bad she was although I took pictures of

how well she is healing. One shot will give you an idea of the area

on her front leg missing hair, hard to see the sores although the

recent shot shows hair growing back rapidly.

SeaAloe is Wonderful in helping hair grow faster as well as nails and

now I know it works on pets just as well with the benefit of working as

an antibiotic - She no longer has the infection odor, and yes in just

a matter of weeks she has went from what I thought a dying baby to

a longer happier life. I love my Bonnie and I'm so grateful!

The very first day I received my SeaAloe I drank one ounce. I was

sitting at my computer working as normal and kept thinking I needed to

get up and wash the outside windows of my house. Keep in mind I had been

thinking this needed to be done for two months just never could get up and do it.

Well that day I got up. Not only did I wash the outside windows, I cleaned up my

yard, cleaned off the deck by my pool and had to also clean up my other three

porches and decks. It later hit me I took SeaAloe there was no other reason

I could have accomplished so much in such a short time and still wanting to do more.

Over the next few weeks it seemed everyday I had to get up and do something,

just can't seem to sit still all day like I had done for the past few years. I am feeling

the peep and absolutely love the product. So the slogan "kick start your day with SeaAloe"

Absolutely TRUE! Of course we can't make any claims on any product -

The FDA won't approve anything but prescription drugs so they all can

get rich and we all know the government is now involved in everything

we do anyway - But I'm telling you the truth about a product that I love and

what it has done for me - I also love the fact it is a liquid whole food vitamin.

This like I said is my personal testimony...

Heres My Bonnie -

Keep In Mind The Actual Before - Bonnie Looked Awful!

Shes Doing So Great!

This Picture Is Dark - Look How Tore Up Her Legs Are

She Feels So Bad, Wanting To Lay On The Floor By The

AC Vent Due To Her High Fever

These Was Bleeding Infected Sores 3 Weeks Earlier That

Had Been That Way For 3 Years - Only 3 Weeks And

SeaAloe Started The Healing Process

Bonnies Skin Is Healing And Half The Area Has Hair Regrowth

This Area Almost Completely Healed

So theres my story - If you'd like to find out more I'm all over

Google - SeaAloe Alabama - I'm from Alabama, Of Course! lol

I'll keep you posted on how Bonnie progresses.

Tonight, driving home from Bible Study, my thoughts were a whirl.

My monthly season of wonder started today, which I think might explain some of yesterday's angst, not that it took me by surprise, but just that I don't always realize that some of my low feelings could be my body being hurled over a roller-coaster of hormones. Sweet lovelines.

So, the Bible Study brought up a bunch of questions but mainly focused on the humanity of Jesus and how He was the example of humanity fulfilled--the second Adam--the sinless example of a servant fully submitted in obedience to the will of the Father. I got all twisted up thinking about this in class, and about the hypostatic union, but I won't go into all of that. Suffice to say that I had a conversation with the teacher when it was over and she encouraged me to look at my questions and doubts as opportunities, that I shouldn't be afraid of wrestling but shouldn't get stuck on trying to puzzle out ageless mysteries or listening to enemies of doubt that might keep me from what I should possibly be learning now.

I am really trying to understand how the past and present and future of my life might unify into something beautiful.

Driving home, I was feeling sad, just conflicted (probably hormones played a little in this, too), but I was crying out to God, thinking about how I've been months in this process of wanting to re-connect with faith, and I shouted, "Where are you?" again, as I've done at other times.

And I just sobbed.

Then, as though a quiet gathered, I felt as though I should sing. . . so the rest of the way home, I sang--"Be Thou My Vision" and "Be Still My Soul" and "Oh, the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus" and others, and I was struck with the fact that my ability to sing and enjoy and be soothed by music is a slice of romance. It's a gift, not that I have the greatest singing voice in the world but that my spirit can resonate with the agelessness of rhythm and melody and the deep strains of beauty.

I don't have all of the answers, but tonight, I was glad (at the least) that I have a voice.

"Joyful, Joyful, we adore Thee,
God of glory, Lord of love.
Hearts unfold like flow'rs before Thee,
Opening to the Son of Love.

Melt the clouds of sin and sadness,
Drive the dark of doubt away.
Giver of immortal gladness,
Fill us with the light of day."

So, while my hope is this space is for ideas and their expression I want to take a step to make it about what you, the reader... the user, are interested in. If you have an inclination as to what you might like me to address I would be happy to give my shot at it.

UGC stands for User Generated Content. I am not there as robustly as I see the future to be but I will start with a list of topics to address. Generate a list of topics... ready, go.

Today the UK government has called time on the excesses, self interest and downright bad management

Today the UK government has called time on the excesses, self interest and downright bad management of the financial services sector, by taking control of British banks. Whether it will have the desired effect remains to be seen, but frankly, its about time. I lost patience with the sector a while back, when a leading FS manager told me that it wasn't in his interest to "put customers first" and now we are witnessing the product of this mind-set.

I'm not a fan of this government, but it does seem that they've got this right and for once I feel the Britain is looking bold and decisive. UK Gov's move may not produce a level playing field, but hopefully it will create a more sensible game, however the fall-out is sure to continue with customers far from relaxed about choosing financial patners. And that's where the potential is. Ultimately, the banks and financial institutions that are first to persuade consumers and businesses that they can be trusted will triumph.

Trust, is the very basis of any Brandship - the relationships between brands and their stakeholders - so its easy to see that, given the revelations of the last few weeks, the brand equity of banks is as low as a limbo-dancing gnome. For now they are all tarred with the same brush. We all know now that for years banks have been tricking us into believing that they were on our side while craftily lining their own pockets with our cash, so for any financial services business to dig themselves out of this one is a big ask. However, that's the challenge they all face and its clear that the same old, same old just isn't going to cut it. This time they have to be transparent and build brands with real integrity. Attempting this feat with their existing management in place would be like a paedophile applying for a job as a kids' swimming instructor, and that's why the government stepping into the management shoes will, at least, give a few of them a chance. Now its a case of a massive change management process and that can only be good for business. Who'll be first to the tape.

While the banks are working on this one, the rest of the commercial world are considering how they can survive the after shock. There's no doubt about it, a lot of businesses are going to tumble in the next few months, but amid the rubble there's a real opportunity for the bold.

As we've seen with banks in the US and UK, there are always bigger vultures to pick over the bones of the those that fail and in this vein a good many short-term wins will be had by organisations with strong and inviting brand communities that can offer shelter to the customers of their deceased competitors. This will come about in two ways - pro-active, acquisition by competitors and investors of organisations and brands on the verge of a crash and reactive, mopping up by strong brands of the displaced customers of their weaker competitors.

But moreso than in the normal process of acquisition the challenge doesn't end acquisition. Its one thing to provide a consumer with temporary shelter, but although the cost of acquisition could be modest compared to the recent past, the real test will be whether these brands can persuade their new customers to make a home with them. This is where I see the real potential. I foresee a period of floating customers, like deserted wives, reluctant to commit to long-term relationships and suitor brands falling over themselves to reel them in and turn them into life-partners. And I predict, honesty will prevail. If nothing else worthwhile comes of this situation I be live it will convince a few more brands to stop making empty-promises and a shift to genuineness, transparency and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Another reason why the recession will be good for business.

Because brand communities are a product of their members - significantly their customers - any acquisitive organisations will also have to be wary of the risk of alienating their existing customers as the dynamic of their brand is changed by a large influx of new members, but, if they are sufficiently sorted to have created a strong enough brand community to pull off the acquisition trick in the first place the chances are they'll have this under control too.

Its common practice in recessionary times for organisations to tighten their belts and sit it out, but the record clearly shows that this is not the path to success and it definitely isn't the way to go now. If you want to to make the most of the opportunities that the recession is providing you need to be pro-active, take a close look at your brand and your organisation. Are you in shape to meet the challenge? If not get to work. At the end of this recession the organisations that deserve success will have it and there'll be some gaps in the line up too. But then again, I've always felt that Darwin nailed it with the process of natural selection. I think we'll all be better off for the clear out.

Bringing out the beauty in women from every corner of the world, including New York, Paris, London, China and Morocco is what celebrity makeup artist Paul Innis does best. While his talent can be seen on today’s most recognizable faces, his passion is teaching and empowering women to see themselves with new eyes. Here he shares the same techniques he uses on today’s hottest Hollywood stars and runway models that make them so UNFORGETTABLE!

To go glam, you’ve got to embrace color. Keep the dark, saturated jewel tones, such as Navy or Sweet Plum, close to the base of the lash. Make sure you blend the color well so it fades up toward the brow bone.

To create a sultry eye with liquid eyeliner, pull the skin slightly and then draw the brush across your lash-line with a single swoop. Start with a lean face and with a little practice – you’ll be a pro in no time!

After you have applied foundation, brush bronzing powder all over the face to add a little sparkle. Then apply highlighting powder to illuminate the high points of the face – the tops of the cheekbones and a little on the bridge of the nose.

The trick for glamorous lips is to first line your lips, then fill them in with lip liner. Then apply lipstick and lip gloss for an eye-catching effect!

We are so very blessed in this area. In spite of the ugly news that hits us in the face every day...when we really think about it, we are in a wonderful place...economically and experientially.

If you find yourself being taken in by all the bad news, take a little wisdom from Mark Twain (see quote above) and Tony Robbins. In Tony's new website, he explains how to survive this "Winter" in our economic times.

Here are a few things that I learned from him:

1) Recognize the season - Pay close attention to your resources...those may be sources of money, inspiration, relationship or time. Use all your resources wisely and prepare for Spring.

2) Look for opportunity in areas where others are too fearful to act - He sites the late Sir John Templeton who made vast fortunes in the 1930's. Templeton recognized that there are 4 stages of investing. The first is born of pessimism, and that is the most profitable time to become involved. The second is the growth stage that is born of skepticism. This stage is similar to Spring because of the potential. The mature stage follows and is full of optimism - this is the time to sell. The fourth stage is the winter of investing.

It appears that we may be in for some winter experience when it comes to our money and investments. However, it is a time that is ripe with opportunity.

Take Mark Twain's advice and "throw off the bowlines."

Take Sir John's advice and invest during the "point of maximum pessimism."

Take Tony Robbins advice and assess your resources.

And - Take my real estate advice. I would love to introduce you to some new opportunities for profit.

Well..

This, right here, is one for the books.

Macy told me last Saturday how this couple actually got engaged. It was well-documented and up on YouTube.

Watch the video here.

No fancy lightings.
No special makeup.
No celebrities involved.
Just real people.
Real friends.
Real waiting (since Anne has been studying in China for some time now)
and real love,
most of all.

Congratulations, Anne and Boyet!

This one could be up as How to Propose Properly or How to Sweep Her Off Her Feet, even.

The ethnic market has been something I've been looking at for awhile. It's definitely a key expansion ground if you want to keep your farm or urban farm on the cutting edge of the food revolution. After all, immigrants will be making up most of the population growth in much of the nation.

What sort of ethnic vegetables could we grow on urban land (likely the fast growing sorts)? Or in a hoophouse or greenhouse?

Now all we need is to be able to grow some high protein, highly nutritious grains like amaranth and teff on a large yet sustainable scale. Perhaps on 20 acre farms? Is it time for a food staples revolution? Maybe combine it with beans and peas and lentils?

What do you think? What else should we be growing in the GTA, the Greenbelt or Ontario?

******************************************

Bob Baloch, wife Farida, son Ali, 6, and daughter Hirra, 8, pick the last of their crop Oct. 11, 2008 on their 0.2-hectare plot at the McVean Farm in Brampton.

FRESH PICKINGS

A few crops grown at the McVean Incubator Farm:

OKRA: This fuzzy green vegetable is known for its seedy and slimy interior, and grows five to 17 centimetres long. A member of the cotton family, okra was originally discovered in Ethiopia in the 12th century.

EGGPLANT: The eggplant is a member of the nightshade family native to India. The large, deep purple eggplant – sometimes called Italian eggplant – is commonly found in Ontario grocery stores.

BITTER GOURD: Also known as bitter melon, bitter gourd thrives in hot climates and is said to be an acquired taste. It is green and bumpy, like a wrinkled cucumber.

Immigrants learn basics of growing crops here; others benefit with fresh callaloo, okra, garlic

October 13, 2008
Nicole Baute
STAFF REPORTER
Anan Lololi shows off rows of callaloo growing in a Brampton field. The plants are closely shorn, with leaves that look like spinach, but bigger.

"They call it pigweed ... but it is one of the most popular foods in the Caribbean," Lololi says, still incredulous at the inglorious name after living in Canada for almost 30 years.

Lololi, who is originally from Guyana, likes to sauté his callaloo in garlic and olive oil.

"There definitely is a market for it, you know? We're importing callaloo from Jamaica and the Philippines and it grows wild here."

Callaloo is just one of the crops being grown by the non-profit Afri-Can FoodBasket and other groups at the McVean Farm. The new 35-acre incubator farm is owned by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and rented to a Guelph-based not-for-profit organization called FarmStart, which teaches new farmers the agricultural basics and rents them land and equipment at steep discounts.

There are common crops at McVean – tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkins and strawberries – but also callaloo, okra, chiles, bitter gourds and "dragon hot" Indian peppers. Some of these items are rare in Ontario fields, but pair the ethnic diversity of the GTA with the local food movement – and add new Canadians with agricultural ambitions – and they begin to poke out of the soil.

This Thanksgiving weekend the first harvest at McVean drew to a close as the budding farmers picked the last of their crops and began to prepare the land for winter.

All these is known, newspapers are all over it. But, what this means for an early stage company? Depends who you ask. According to Saurabh Srivastava of Artiman Ventures: "Some of the best companies are born in times of stress." (quote from here).

If you are in the initial steps of a startup, it may looks confusing. Some are saying don't do it, some are encouraging you. Your responsibility is to be true to yourself, consider your business potential from the new perspective of the current situation in the market and not according to month-old statistics. This may change your plans, may reinforce them or may discourage you, but it is better to do your math now than later on where money has ran out of your (or your investors) pocket. One advise you will find is repeating over and over again: be cash effective, keep your costs down, funding will not become any easier in the coming times.

Our personal belief is that in our area of business this is indeed the best of times, a one of a kind opportunity. We have been pitching about the debit opportunity and its huge potential for the last two years and, although there is no such a thing as recession-proof, this is one of the few segments in the payments industry that will continue to grow, as it did in the last years, but now with the back wind of the credit crunch it is expected to become the dominant payment instrument in the US as well as most countries in the world.

So....Banks of the World Unite! SeerGate is here to offer the best of breed in electronic debit card processing, a profit centric proposition that is all about benefits. Not all innovations in financial services these days are meant to fail, some are here at the right time with the right value proposition and SeerGate is definitely one to stay.

Despite my disastrous stab at drumming, I was still itching to play, but when I got an email about an outdoor drumming circle this weekend, I thought of a bunch of reasons not to go: I didn't have a drum, I'd melt in the sun, I would be hopelessly lost as a beginner, I needed a chair...Sticking to your comfort zone and routine is tempting, but it was too beautiful not to go. I borrowed my friend's drum, grabbed a beach chair, slathered on the sunscreen, and prepared to have fun despite my lame reservations.

And, like most things we resist, there was nothing to fear. Turned out, in fact, to be the highlight of my weekend. The group met by the Charles River in perfect sunshine (with extra drums and chairs on hand, incidentally) and was led by a teacher who was kind and patient, not at all concerned that beginners were busting in to his legendary circle. If you get lost, he told us, just chill out and appreciate that we're outside on a beautiful day drumming by the river. Just the perspective I needed.

Everyone caught onto the rhythms, creating a great energy and sound (some boaters passing by even applauded our efforts and requested a Santana tune); the people were warm and friendly, and the atmosphere lulled me into feeling more like an intermediate than a beginner, a cool trick of the sun. I met a nice guy too who was even more of a beginner but came because it sounded like fun—a good attitude to cultivate, I thought. Saying no yields nothing; but saying yes almost always leads to adventures in serendipity.

The financial crisis that is gripping the United State and the world had prompted me to think about the state of American Empire. Throughout history, all empires have eventually fallen - Greeks, Romans, Spanish, etc. What is the state of the American Empire? I don't think it is on the rise, but perhaps just past its peak, just on the downfall.

I am not sure what has been the cause of the downturn of prior empires. In the case of the American Empire, I feel Americans may have gotten "soft". I question that the principals, work ethic, persistence, and ingenuity may not be there like they once were.

One word that comes to mind is "entitlement". Americans seem to have a sense of entitlement. They feel entitled to own a home, they feel entitled that their homes increase in value by double digit percentages each year, they feel entitled to own their own transportation (regardless of its effects on the environment), they feel entitled to have their nest eggs grow each year, they feel entitled to afford $4 for a cup of coffee.

Opportunity seems to have been replaced with entitlement. Given that one works hard, is persistent, is innovative, and also has some luck, one can achieve through opportunity. Achievement can then breed entitlement. In today's society, opportunity seems to be a bystander- along with its ingredients and implications - and entitlement is assumed.

So, what is next? Maybe the American empire can extend or reinvigorate itself. Being a melting pot, perhaps immigrants to this country can sustain the American spirit. Or, maybe the American Empire with be the last empire as we know it. With globalization is there really the impetus for one country to represent a dominance?

"Since most of us spend our lives doing ordinary tasks, the most important thing is to carry them out extraordinarily well."

~Henry David Thoreau

Today you will probably be faced with a number of mundane tasks. For most people, our lives are made up of many ordinary, mundane activities. Some will look at that reality with boredom or even despair, lamenting the lack of "meaning" and excitement. But others will look at each of these seemingly ordinary, mundane activities as opportunities for greatness. You see, the reality of our lives is that we have opportunities for greatness every day of our lives - simply by treating our everyday activities as opportunities to do those activities extraordinarily well. And often, when you do ordinary tasks extraordinarily well, we will find incredible rewards will come your way.

Today's assignment: treat every activity as an opportunity for excellence and see what a difference this can make in your life!

Web Traffic Juggernaut is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertisin

Web Traffic Juggernaut is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost. So I decided to put it to the test...

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel. It is easy to read and understand. Joining the site was easy and painless--they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive--I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up & running in less than 5 minutes. Inside the site, you create links and ads--the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into "Juggernaut" links. You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Juggernaut Ad Generator, which is very easy to use. You can create as many links and as many ads as you like. And they are organized in a logical way--links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference. Also, since the link generator is the tool you'll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login. Very smart!

After you've created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic. Just use and promote the new Juggernaut link instead of the original source link you had. Every time the Juggernaut link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner. It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Juggernaut. So if anyone clicks the Juggernaut image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral. It's a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.

Now every time the ad window displays (your Juggernaut links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members' links get clicked. So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.

And this works virally--meaning as you make referrals into Juggernaut (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Juggernaut image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks. And this works up to 5 levels deep. So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Juggernaut also.

I didn't get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated--my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed. Juggernaut even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays. That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.

There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all--downline emailing. You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Juggernaut really shines. They took time to make the emailing often enough that it's valuable as a user, but no so often that it's a burden to your downline. But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that they use a unique dual-matrix technology that builds your downline in 2 ways. First is the typical way--you refer members, who then refer members, etc. But the 2nd matrix is a "forced matrix" that places all new members in a downline in sequential order. Without getting technical, what it means is that if you join and just stay a member (even if you don't do anything) your downline will grow automatically because new members will fill in your forced matrix. And you earn credits on them too. Now THAT's cool.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with Web Traffic Juggernaut. It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.
