Vienā no pēdējām pludmales ballītēm Halks Hogans izsūdzēja savu sāpi, viņš tika uzklausīts, lūk rezultāts..

Neapšaubāmi pirmajā vietā tika DOSmedia mazais edits par vienu dienu @ mt.hood,baigi labs..

Pēc 2l aliņa Halks turpināja un otrajā vietā iespraucās Field productions "Get Lucky" Trailer, ta būs filma par Norvēģijas scēnu.. lielā mērā..

Halks labprāt vēlētos kaut viņam būtu šāds set ups pie mājas, ceturtā viets un halks iet peldēties, izbaudi vasaru, jo laiks iet ātri.

Neliela tūļāšanās Cēsīs, tad tika pieveikti 300 km, lai pakaitinātu Igauņus :). Pirmajā dienā Stabiņš sagraizīja zaļos paklājus ar masīviem cork 7, flat spin, apvienojot ar hamburgerīgiem grabiem, jo Makdonalds neizpalika, Kaspars pagraizīja tos pašus 5 un 7 ar tail un mute, kā arī piebeidza savu balto dūju,  šāda izskatās Rossignol fs slēpes iekšpuse, iekuram der..

, taču Edgars ar otro lēcienu, griežot backflip pret uzmetienu norāvās ar smadzeņu trīci un atmiņas zudumu, tādēļ braukāšanās sanāca diezgan neveiksmīga - otrā dienā arī 2X pazaudējot slēpi..

Otrajā dienā saule galīgi neparādījās, taču igauņu fotogrāfs Jassu Hertsmann uzblieza pāris sekvencītes

More information on the tragic loss of one of Freeskiing's finest, ...

Alyeska, Alaska, April 11, 2008—At approximately 3:45pm this afternoon, 27-year-old John Nicoletta of Aspen, Colorado, died due to injuries sustained during a fall while competing on the first day of the Freeskiing World Championships at Alyeska Resort, Alaska. Nicoletta was the 47th competitor of the day down the Headwall below Alyeska Peak.

Alyeska Professional Ski Patrol reached Nicoletta within seconds of the accident and evaluated his injuries. After stabilization, he was transported via toboggan and helicopter to the Alyeska Aid Room where he was unable to be revived despite efforts by local physicians, paramedics, Girdwood EMS and the Alyeska Professional Ski Patrol. Time of death was reported at 4:45pm.

Contrary to initial press stories, Nicoletta had a loss of control after a 20-foot cliff drop and was propelled into an exposed rocky area.

A veteran freeskiing competitor, Nicoletta was an accomplished, well-known, and extremely respected athlete. An experienced skier, he has appeared in ski movies, been a featured athlete in television interviews and recently finished second at the Telluride Freeskiing Open in February 2008. Mountain Sports International extends our deepest sympathies to John Nicoletta’s family, girlfriend, and friends. This is a deep blow to the freeskiing community.

After discussion with the competitors this evening, the decision was made to continue with the event tomorrow. Athletes will make the hike to the top of the peak together in a celebration of John’s incredible life and love of big mountain freeskiing.

Reinis ir vēl jauns un daudzsološs freeski slēpotājs no Rīgas, kas nu jau pāris gadus rāda savu lietu, un šosezon lieliski sevi parāda no visu skilu puses, viņam ir savs stils, kas aug kopā ar tehniku. Uzvarējis pirmajā freeski big air kausā Latvijā parāda sevi kā daudzsološu braucēju, kas nākotnē būs ritīgs čillers, killers, hot ice makers :)

“Soulige Momente” gibt es so einige im Leben eines Snowboarders oder Freeski-fahrers. Sei es beim powdern im frischen Neuschnee, bei der erfolgreichen Landung eines schwierigen Tricks oder auch einfach nur beim gemütlichen Aprés-Ski nach einem gelungenen Tag im Schnee. Genau diese Momente sollen die Snowboarder und Freeski-Fahrer nun in der Form eines Fotos oder Videos für die Ewigkeit festhalten.

Die Beiträge können seit dem 1. Januar 08 in den Kategorien "Fotos" und "Videos" über die Webseite Soulrider.com eingereicht werden und stehen dann einem breiten Publikum zur Ansicht und Beurteilung zur Verfügung. Das Publikum wählt mittels der Vergabe von Stimmen die Fotos aus, die aus ihrer Sicht den Begriff "Soulriding" am besten repräsentieren. Den Beiträgen mit den schlussendlich meisten Stimmen und der besten Bewertung winken attraktive Preise wie etwa professionelle Foto- und Videokameras von Canon. Mitmachen kann man bis Anfangs April (5.04.08), es bleibt also noch genug Zeit um im Schnee das eigene Gewinnerfoto oder -video zu schiessen und einzureichen!
