Big Bang 3rd Mini Album + Haru Haru MV

Big Bang is back with their 3rd Mini Album... and Taeyang's pregnant with, probably, GD's child.

And that is also probably why GD isn't showing his face at all. Daesung hides his face too. TOP shows HALF his face. Seungri [who is a big Junsu fan, btw] decided to be nice so he showed 3/4 of it. And let's just skip Taeyang and focus on his boxers. LOL.

Big Bang's 3rd Mini Album is out! AHHHHHHHHHHH! They chose a really good date for their release: 080808. Me like. xD So there are 6 songs in total and I like all of them, miraculously. ♥

Intro (Stand Up): Yes, I liked this song ever since I heard it during the sneak preview. It's really a pity that this song is only an intro. Could have been a very nice full track. Really. ♥ The part where Taeyang goes 'Everybody stand up, stand up' in falsetto is what got me into buying the album. HAHA. Also, Jiyong's countdown from 5 to 1 amuses me to no end. In the sneak preview, it was 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. In the song, it's 5, 4, 3, 2, 0! The first time I heard it, I was like, O_O"! Jiyong isn't good with numbers. LOL. Also, one of the lines read: 승리 대성 g-dragon is golden ticket. HAHAHAHAH. WHUUUT?! Seungri Daesung G-Dragon is (the) golden ticket?! So crack worthy. ROFLLL. Plus, Taeyang going 'Stage 위에 loser 비켜 다시 우리차례' equals WIN. It means: (Hey) loser on the stage, move it’s our turn again. HOT.

하루하루 (Haru Haru): Definitely my favourite from this album. The MV is so sad it made many BB fans cry. O_o But yes, it's really sad and I love it. Ok, the song first. It's something like Geojidmal with lesser bass. But the lyrics are awesome. I like how it's a lengthy song. xD Well, the song starts with a very sad piano tune [Geojidmal much?] along with Jiyong's OS. It's VERY saddening. Then comes GD's rap, followed by TOP's rap. Ok, so this song is very Geojidmal [I'm so sorry but I love you~] but much more difficult to sing along because of the rap. Korean rapping is not easy! Aish, I'm just crapping. LOL. But ahhhhh, I LOVE THIS SONG. It's gonna be the top song of the week on my last.fm.

천국 (Cheon Gook): It means Heaven btw. More rapping by TOP, I think. I can't differentiate their voices yet. But hell, it's as good as the first 2 songs! It's a very sweet song, the lyrics makes you melt, really. Like, when they sing it, it feels like they really mean it. Whoot~ And I dislike reviewing songs, I just wanna spazz, so next song!

착한사람 (Chakhan Saram): Which basically translates to A Good Man. Guess what? TOP COMPOSED THIS SONG. *flails* It's a very laid back song, with guitar running in the background. And the fact that TOP composed this song makes me like it even more. xD Sounds like TOP had quite a sad relationship in the past. Lol. It's laid back but actually it's a pretty sad song. Hmmm.

Lady: This is a very cute sounding song, to me at least. It's about them trying to get to woo a girl, which is why it's cute. I bet a lot of fans like it because Taeyang is singing 'I wanna be your man' in it. xD But I was totally hoping for it to be GD when I first heard it, I was like 'Hell yeah, ok!' Haha. But since it's Taeyang, then no thanks. TOP's part is pretty funny though: Hold on a sec, excuse me miss – Name? Age? Do you have time? Girl, I won’t hurt you, I am a gentleman so hurry up. What’s yo’ name? SO CUTE. Ahahahaa~ Oh man, I WANT A MV FOR THIS! ^_^ Big Bang can be dorkish in it while trying to get the girl. =DDD I can be a very good MV director for them. xP

Oh My Friend: It's a rock song! With Big Bang screaming their heads off ocassionally and me getting all panicky about them ruining their vocals. ROFL. Jaykay~~ But I guess they pulled it off quite well. And of course, not forgetting GD's rap somewhere after the first chorus. The lyrics are awesome too! The chorus goes like this:

Yea, the 'Oh my friend' parts get pretty annoying after awhile but whatever, I still like it. LOL. I dedicate this song to all my friends! YAYYYYYYYY! *skips around room*

THIS MINI ALBUM IS DAMN AWESOME. Big Bang fan or not, just buy it [if you have extra money]. Hahaha~ Yes, yes, I bought it, thank God!

Ok, onto Haru Haru's MV. As I had mentioned above, it's a very sad song therefore I have a rather long review for it. LOL. I watched the MV like 5 times, the first and second time without translations and then subsequently with translations. It's only the third time that I finally realise the story wasn't what I thought it was. Ok, I'm a bit slow, but yea, read on for more crap. xD

The MV starts off with TOP and Min Young [No, she's not in BB, don't be silly!]. Min Young returns TOP a ring when GD and gang walks by. GD is angry and charge towards TOP. At first, I thought it was TOP and GD fighting for Min Young. But it obviously wasn't like that. Anyway, so GD and TOP started arguing and I like how TOP towers over GD and points at his head. Like, WHOTF do you think you are to talk to me like that?! Hahaha, it so fits the scene. Their faces were like SO DARN CLOSE to each other while quarelling. Sigh, my poor heart. Anyway, after awhile, GD punches TOP in the face. *hugs TOP protectively*

And so the fist fight begins. They look so hot fighting. HAHAHA. I'm twisted like that. xD The other 3 members tried to stop them but got into the fight as well. [Reminds me of HYD when Tsukasa punches Rui and then the other 2 just joined in and started punching anyone that is within arm's length. F4 fighting is classic. xD] So yup, all of them got injured and they had plasters stuck on their face afterwards. As you can see, TOP is with Min Young when GD and gang passes by, again, in the carpark. I am amused at how GD is all pissed off and thus climbs onto TOP's car and starts a staring contest. Meanwhile, TOP just smirk at him and gets all cocky because hey, he's got the girl. GD got really sad and emo so he decided that punching the mirror and smashing everything is the way to go. [Which reminds me, he got so into punching the mirror that he injured his hand. O_O But it's all worth it, considering how well the MV turned out.]

After that, you can see that the girl is actually suffering from cancer. Typical Korean drama plot, but it's nice nevertheless. She's actually losing hair already, I think she's suffering from leukemia and the chemo is killing her beauty. She's really pretty, don't you think so? Anyway, after that, she's being hospitalized and the other 3 members plus TOP accompany her before her surgery. Taeyang then calls GD and tells him the truth. GD gets all panicky and thus rushes to the hospital, not by cab, but by running which just makes it sadder.

However, GD was too slow, duh. He then walks past TOP but TOP held his wrist and presses the girl's ring into GD's palm saying: I'm sorry I lied, she actually loves you. That sent GD crazy and he started breaking down and stuffs. I think that's the saddest part of the MV. GD was totally breaking down and Taeyang hugged him. [BL alert] As expected, Min Young died, but she died happy, so it's all okay. GD then knelt beside her bed and cried. The end.

Ok, so at first I thought TOP and GD were actually really fighting for Min Young. But after that, I found out that TOP was actually helping out Min Young because she doesn't want GD to be THAT sad after she dies. But it obviously didn't work out very well, he got sadder after knowing the truth. I mean, he couldn't even say goodbye to her! Isn't that so sad? TOP is a very good friend. =D

It's really a typical and overused Korean drama plot but it fits so well with the lyrics and everything. This MV is going into my phone. I think BB's really good at acting. GD is REALLY REALLY good. He's really into it, like as if Min Young is his girl. He should go into acting, for real! I swear on all my DBSK albums/singles/posters/whatever that I will watch any drama he acts in. xD And of course TOP is awesome. He acts in this drama called I am Sam like I don't know how long ago. This drama, however, is not available for download anywhere, which SUCKS. I want some TOP action! sa;lkj

Sighhhh. I can't wait for my copy of album to arrive! ♥

Y es precisamente éso lo que me llevó a una mini reflexión que me tomé la libertad de extender a tí, apreciado lector: ¿que pasaría si realmente éste fuera el día en el que el mundo se acaba? Talvez te acordarías de aquellas (incontables) tardes que perdiste viendo algún programa de televisión por "no tener nada mejor que hacer". De aquellos días cuando dijiste un no que debió ser un sí (o viceversa). De aquellas personas a quienes decidiste jamás perdonar por razones que ni siquiera importan ahora. De las muchas ocasiones en que te endeudaste al no pagar un te quiero a quién se lo debías. De las numerosas veces que mentiste al decir "nunca más..."

Talvez te acordarías de Dios. Talvez te acordarías de un Jesucristo que siempre creíste inerme, inoperante, indiferente; cuando en realidad, aún anda preguntando por tí.

A few weeks ago, reinforcements were sent. The Access Academy welcomed three new teachers who will help with our work load for the remaining 12 months of the inaugural school year. I was at lunch with Mahmuda and one of our new teachers, Jenn, sometime this week.
Mahmuda and I were talking about her new schedule with teaching math classes and how I was holding up until the new schedule switched over.
"I'm okay, I guess. Just so tired. I dunno why, I got enough sleep last night," I said in between scooping curry into my mouth.
"Are you sure you're sleeping enough," Mahmuda asked.
"Yeah, I got five hours last night."
Jenn looked confused.
"The night before last I had four hours, and three nights ago I only got four and a half. So five is good," I said.
"Maybe five hours is good in Bangladesh, but it's probably better to sleep more than that," Jenn reasoned. I was tempted to warn her that five hours won't seem so bad once she begins teaching, but I realized that my lack of sleep isn't just about teaching and work and grading quizzes and homework assignments and meetings and meetings about meetings (no joke) and . Stress, lack of decompression and coping skills, trying to juggle writing assignments and the unavoidability of just being here.
It's exhausting just thinking about it.
Maybe it's just me, so I didn't want to jinx it for the new teachers.
But it got me to thinking that I've never been a place in my working life where five hours of sleep seemed sufficient. What happened?
Ai-yo.

Today's a day off. In the past 24 hours, I've slept for 14 of them. Damn, it feels good.

Welcome to the mini edition of "You So Crazy" where I am not my hair.

Lord, Have Peaches and Cream. I really don't know what to say about this mini album.

This is not the Big Bang I know and hate.

It's....Daishi Dance. Big Bang has no identity on this album and I refused to believe that Teddy helped GD with "My Lady". Was TOP singing..... correction "vocalizing" on Track 4? OH HELLL NAWWW!

If you're wondering why this post is lacking my usual venom; it's because damn, I can't hate Big Bang this time. Don't worry, give me a couple of days and my cold black heart will be back to write a follow up.

waaaaa, vừa mới vào nhạc là đã không rời nổi rồi, các V.I.Pz, các fans đã chuẩn bị trước cho quả bom tấn này trước rồi, nhưng không ngờ sứac hủy diệt lòng người của nó còn mạnh hơn nữa, xỉu. MV cực kì hay, sao ss PARK MIN YONG phải "đi" chứ, nhưng phải công nhận GD và ss PARK trông xứng nhỉ, iu ghê, nhưng V.I.Pz đã đăng kí GD trước rồi, các tỉ tỉ xinh ẹp không dc giành nhá.

Bức hình tóc gây shock của GD giờ đã nhường hết xông xao cho HARU HARU rồi. Đoạn đầu MV thật sự là cứ tưởng TOP là người sẽ có cô í chứ, nhưng cô ấy chỉ nói dối thôi "Kho Jit Mah" í mà, (lúc chết vẫn xing ẹp, chỉ giả thui) anyway, chờ newpost pic nhá (háo hức háo hức).
